We are going to be teaching a Nutrition and Healthy Foods Unit to the 2 nd graders in P.E. Class and we need to know how much the students know about Nutrition and Healthy Foods so we can organize our information. We are giving them a survey to fill out. It is not a test and it won’t be graded. For us to help them learn, they need to complete the survey on their own without any help from others. If they don’t know an answer, they can leave it blank. We just want you to be aware of the survey so you can make sure they fill it out for us. If they don’t know how to get to our Schoology course, they can just go to their Schoology Course page and if they are in Ms. Beck’s PE Class, they will see her picture with a basketball. If they are in Mrs. Suarez’s class, they will see a yellow 2 with a black background. Click on that icon and then at the top they will see the words; 2 nd Grade Nutrition Survey . They should click on that, answer the questions that they know and then click on the submit button. The survey needs to be done by Monday, Nov. 23. Thank you for your help with this!
